Introduction of the powerful crime lord known as Crime Shark and foreshadowing the secretive underground science lab "BioMech."

Series 1 History-Time Line

Ticket’s first mission, to rescue Racheal Davis from kidnappers ‘Jewels’ Jack Bingham and Tod Michel. He gains the nickname of ‘Primary man’ and ‘Fireman.’
Introduced Sharleen at the gym, who won’t date Todd.

2. Ticket comes across Col. Millet, from 121 Battalion in Vietnam. He is old, has long white hair, but is very active/crazy. He joins street kids together in sewers to blow up a supermarket.
Ticket realizes he mustn’t fall over.

3. Carol Anderson Bishop, Random Bishop’s daughter, is poisoned by the street drug ‘Prowl’ made by Crime Shark. The drug causes birth defects and powers in babies.
Introduction of the Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group.
Carol placed in testing lab at Intel (short for Intellect Defense).

4. Crime Watch’s intro-Hunter Fox
In his human form he still suffers from doggy-syndrome; enhanced smell & hearing, seeing black & white, drooling, scratching behind his ear, etc. He retains all the memories of his doggy-form.
Trying to follow a band of criminals suspected to be linked to a crime syndicate operating out of the Nevada desert, he followed them through a supposedly deserted desert plain, only to discover that it’s actually an old, hidden Indian burial ground. The band seemingly disappeared and the FBI agent stayed behind, looking for clues. An old Indian shaman arrived later and found the agent still there, searching for clues. Feeling the burial ground was desecrated by their weapons and vehicles the shaman cursed him with an ancient Indian artifact that is bonded to him. In the presence of those who need help he transforms into the giant, wolf-like Crime Watch until that person receives the help they need.
He will continue to change until he learns to put others first and not be selfish.

5. Introduces Humanity Purity leader Victor Varbro and accomplice Sylvia. Supremists that try to crash a nuclear armored aircraft into Chicago.
Introduce General Ford, who knows Col. Millet.

6. Introduction of Terrance Wixom, aka, Mind Wipe. Mind Wipe is Ticket’s #1 enemy, who scientifically develops telepathy and seeks revenge on the college that fired him.
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group decides to open a half-way house for the young kids altered by the drug he inadvertently created.

7. Ticket’s continued fight with Mind Wipe. Mind Wipe finds the underground hidden base in Intellect Defense’s main company site and fights with Ticket uptown in front of a crowd.
Ticket learns he has limits to his abilities/equipment.

8. Introduces Sydney Hugo, aka, High Pitch – a spoiled rich kid who has everything. Takes his unique singing talent to create destruction in city.
Marla begins designs for upgraded L.A.E.

9. Introduction of Triplicate: Ein, Dual, & Thryce-Triplicate. Three brothers who gained each other’s minds at birth via the Prowl drug. They seek revenge on Crime Shark for making them this way and to free him from jail. They discover Intell labs and join forces with Ticket.
Introduction of the mysterious laser.
Marla begins creating upgraded L.A.E.

10. Triplicate and Ticket chase after Crime Shark and meet Big Bear. Crime Shark finds Ticket’s name but Triplicate uses Ticket’s laser to erase Crime Shark’s memory.
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group gets his first people to join him. He needs one from each group. Go shopping!
Marla continues work on upgraded L.A.E.

11. Varbro teams up with Col. Millet to seek revenge on Ticket by forcing the mayor to make Random Bishop try and arrest Ticket. Ticket steals Sharleen’s car and she gets mad at him.

12. Marla unveils upgraded L.A.E. Ticket takes it into the field for the first time.
Introduction of Ring Blade and the first connection to BioMech, whose one goal is to use technology to get gain. Blade Ring goes on a killing/theft frenzy by robbing banks. He has magnetic pulses in his hand that allow him to control his bladed weapons and other metals, including Ticket’s claw, showing yet another weakness in Marla’s designs.

13. Crime Shark is released from Intel labs and Col. Millet works to remind him of who he is.
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group gets more people to join him. They realize there are more out there like them and decide to seek them out.

14. Victor Varbro and Sylvia both escape from jail and takes Bishop as a hostage.

15. People with energy weapons similar to the alien laser make trouble in the city.

16. Triplicate searches for help to his problem and goes to a therapist. She tells him to go to a scientist, Clyde from Episode 3, for help. After seeing him, Ein is hit by a car and while in the hospital he dreams of an adventure and that is actually happening through Dual and Thyrce.

17. Crime Shark remembers what Triplicate did to him and seeks revenge. Triplicate faces him alone.
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group’s people locate Triplicate and save him in time. Triplicate decides check their group out.

18. Katherine, a woman who has emotional abilities through her birth defect, hospitalizes people around her without knowing it.
In the end she is approached by the Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group and she decides to join them for help.
Triplicate tries to talk the “Prowlers” youth group into taking out/down Crime Shark. They decline, saying it’s not safe and they are not ready. Triplicate decides to locate people who will help him by himself.

19. Col. Millet robs a bank, takes General Ford hostage, and tries to fly away.

20. Big Bear escapes Intel labs and causes damage with his uncontrollable rages. Big Bear comes across Crime Watch/Hunter Fox and they fight.
Ticket knowingly chases him into Katherine, who subdues him with her power. Big Bear is rescued by Crime Shark with Dead Bolt’s help (though no one ever sees him).
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group realizes that there are those out there who are being introduced to the ‘Prowl’ drug without their desire or consent. He decides to send his people out to stop those ‘transactions’ from happening.

21. Mind Wipe takes on Ticket in a fight to the death… Although he is successful in bringing Mind Wipe to justice, it is at a price. The mentally powerful professor accessed Ticket’s mind in an attempt to wipe it clean and kill him. Ticket fired his LAW’s claw into him at close range, which put them both on the ground. Ticket is put into a coma in his bout with Mind Wipe.
Prof. Carter decides to scrap the whole L.A.E. project…
